Six Sigma Kenya provides instructor-led courses for groups on the six sigma white belt in Mombasa. These courses are typically held either in the morning or afternoon and cover the basics of the six sigma methodology and tools. Although this is an entry-level course, it delves into statistical tools, so expect a detailed coverage. We offer in-person white belt courses only for groups. For individuals, we suggest taking our free online white belt course.

In Mombasa, the online white belt six sigma training is available as self-study eLearning courses (videos) for individuals. It is also offered as live virtual instructor-led classes or onsite presentations for groups. We recommend starting with the six sigma yellow belt course for those who want to learn about the six sigma fundamentals and eventually obtain certification in six sigma, as it covers everything in the white belt course. This is the full, completely online white belt six sigma course offering the student an overview and introduction to Six Sigma and the DMAIC methodology. With White Belt, you will be able to begin your journey toward the professional competencies of the Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt. After obtaining this first level belt, you can become a qualified team member of a Green Belt or Black Belt project.
